At AUREVIA, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns for eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- The item must be in the same condition as received
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as return requests must be reviewed and approved before proceeding.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened beauty products
- Opened cosmetics
- Opened hair care products
- Supplements and vitamins
- Personal care products
- Intimate or hygiene-related items
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or with missing parts, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or videos showing the issue
We will review the case and provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Refunds
Once your refund request has been approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 15 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider or bank.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this period, your order may already be processed for fulfillment, and cancellation may no longer be possible.
Shipping Delays
While we aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:
- Customs processing
- Courier delays
- Severe weather
- Peak holiday periods
- Carrier disruptions
Such delays do not automatically qualify for a refund.
Lost Packages
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you did not receive it, please first check with:
- Household members
- Neighbors
- Your local delivery carrier
If the issue remains unresolved, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered shipping addresses provided at checkout.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item arrived damaged
- The wrong item was sent
- The item is defective
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
